Hey fellow Spartans,
I hope everyone’s holidays went well, and you guys are still out there grinding. I’m not going to lie, I’m need some help. Make fun of me if you must, but I am struggling to find the Custom Game browser in Halo 5. I want so badly to download some of the rich content you all are making and share it with my friends. I thought it was going to be easy to navigate, and find my old time favorite custom of “Mongoose Season” but I have no idea how to look up community content.

Hello and welcome to Halo 5 Spartan.
Unfortunately at this time there is no “File Browser” implemented yet, the only real way to obtain maps created by the community is to add them as your friend and then download it from there
There are some threads for community created maps so you can see what maps you like, then add the creator of said map as a friend and then obtain the map.
So i would suggest typing Custom Maps or Gametypes, or Community Creations on the search bar so you can find the threads
To download a forge map or custom game setting, you need to be friend a random player on XBL. From there I do not know how it works, but I know you need to ‘‘follow’’ the player to get access to his/her content
There is no custom game browser to get maps you will have to click on random people you meat online and check to see if they have any forge maps and game types I hope this helps
Hey Josh! The quickest thing I can suggest is add someone as a friend who has a boat-ton of those fun Custom Games already bookmarked. For example, if you add me as a friend (ashighashonor14), and look at my profile, when you go to Mode and Game Variants you can “bookmark” (which is basically just saving) up to 100 modes and games you want to try. I think I have a couple versions of bumper cars, as well as the Team Mongoose Sumo, Wipeout, a couple mazes, some sort of Soccer/Warthog/Fooseball…thing, and a number of other stuff I’ve bookmarked off incredibly creative gamers.
