I can’t see the Plasma Pistol being a starting weapon since they would make people reluctant to get into vehicles with everyone carrying one. Anyone have any ideas for a new type? Personally, I’d like to see something like the RCP90 from Goldeneye. A rapid fire weapon with low damage per bullet.

Yeah something like that. It’s been awhile since I’ve played Goldeneye, but I seem to remember that gun pumped out a silly amount of bullets to the point it looked like it was just firing a constant stream.
