Message to the MODS: This is my recruitment thread, not the other one. That other one is not my project any longer. That other one belongs to 2 other people. Not me. I just created the thread for them. So please this is my main thread, not the other one.
Our Mission Statement
New Order Gaming is a gaming community dedicated to the betterment of online gaming experiences. We believe there are no boundaries of race, religion, creed or -Yoink!- within the gaming community.
Quite simply, we are here to have fun, be competitive and be a gathering place for those who wish to be positive and be a positive influence on others.
Through experience and dedication of its leaders, NOG puts forth a relentless effort to create and maintain a community that makes online gaming a truly worthwhile and enjoyable experience for all.
Professionalism in leadership and game play is paramount in achieving our goal. The Japanese word Kaizen may best define our mantra. Kaizen means constant and never-ending improvement. We aim to be the best gaming community, and we will always strive to improve.
About the Founder
Hello my name is NOG Element. You may call me Element. I am here today looking for new people to help with a vision, a vision for the betterment of online gaming for the halo 4 community and beyond! I have a simple goal in mind, but this simple goal will be a road of dedication and I will be needing people to help with this goal. My goal is to create a Gaming Community first starting with Halo 4 and possibly expanding into other games later on down the road. With this community I want it to be fun, exciting for new members and old members as well.
A little about NOG
New Order Gaming will consist of Branches, each branch will hold up to 100 members and once we hit the 100 members we will split the branch into another branch, the current commander will become the captain of the new branch. Our first branch is called NOG Justice. We will have a gamertag that you will friend called NOG Justice that way it is easy to find other players in the community to play with in a simple organized manner. Each Branch will consist of member ranks and staff ranks. Each member rank just means you are a little more familiar with how NOG works. Staff ranks are ranks in the community that each serve a special purpose. You can find the ranking structure on our website @ www.noglive.enjin.com : Each Branch will have a Captain. The Captain is someone who is in charge of there branch who runs the daily operations of there branch following NOG guidelines. Each captain will be with a commander when they hit atleast 50 members in there branch. So that way the work load is split between captain and commander. We have our LTs who assist the captain and commander with the member ranks of the community and they may promote up to SGT as long as the member meets the requirements. Then there is Master Chief, which is the main branch recruitment officer. They are responsible for bringing in 5 recruits a week for atleast 2 months before being eligible for LT. Then there is Staff SGT which is a Master Chief in training and will receive proper training on how to recruit by an LT or higher. Staff SGT must bring in 1 recruit a week.
