My guess after doing a little research is that it relates to Jason Jones, but I can’t find anything that completely affirms this. I tried taking a picture of it because I don’t have a video card, but it didn’t turn out good.

It must refer to Jason expressing rage towards Charlie Gough for some Weak -Yoink- Code.
I guess that means Jason’s otherwise classified nickname is Hollywood.
I’m not very knowledgeable with Bungie employees so I didn’t know there was another person (CHUCKY 1) involved with the Easter Egg. I got out the original copy of Halo to see if it’s there and it is. The reason why I wasn’t sure if it was a new or old one is that I haven’t found anyone yet that mentions this or I haven’t dug enough. What’s funny is the site “haloeastereggs.net” mentions a ‘mistake’ on the screen in front of Captain Keyes, yet they didn’t see the red text behind him.
