Figured I do 2 threads in one?
First off, I may be late on the idea, but I think this is the new halo 4 Odst Helmet. It’s the 2 Spartan IVs with the blue visors. The visor shape is very similar the ODST. I think 343 attempted to remodel the odst helmet into a Cube-like shape.
Here’s the video featuring Bravo, Elumnite and Prototype. Linkz
Personally I think they are Spartan-IVs as they look like they are wearing rocket packs on heavy chest armor pieces. The helmet does have an ODST feeling to it, but it also looks very similar to Noble Six’ Mk V helmet too.

The flat front of the visor and narrow triangular sides resemble an odst too much. It may be the odst characters from halo 3 odst and new characters.
Yes I see the shape of the ODST visor in those helmets, but I also see the top of the Chiefs Mk VI helmet in those helmets too and the shape of the black outline of Mk V in there too. It appears to be a hybrid of different design elements.
Those characters behind the chief seem to be much bigger than the soldier to the right of the Chief. He is wearing more traditional armor (despite the Clone Trooper pilot helmet) with material elements on the arms, the soldiers behind the Chief have big bulky metal armor plating on their arms and chest.
If they are ODSTs then they are a complete new brand of ODSTs, which is totally possible, but I get the feeling that the screenshot just reinforces the idea of the Chief and the Spartans of the Infinity crossing paths.
As for those soldiers being Buck and friends. They look identical, and a big element of the design of H3:ODST was individual armor designs for each ODST to help distinguish them (just like in Reach). Those soldiers in this screenshot have exactly the same armor as each other, my suspicion is that the Chief will be backed up by Spartan-IV nameless npcs in Campaign.

At least this semi-proves the possibility of being able to wear this helmet in multiplayer.
