I know this has been posted before, but I just wanted to share it and get your guys thoughts on the new tunes. So, what do you guys think of it?

That’s good fight music. While I rather enjoy the original trilogy’s emphasis of orchestral stuff, I think one of my favourite things about the combat music in CE was the synthesized sorts of sounds (usually accompanying the Flood). So this sounds great for fight music, to me.
Can’t really dislike it, but it’s not something I would listen as a standalone piece. So, it’s good, but not really great.
Since it is only 52 seconds long, I’m going to assume that this is just a snippet and not the whole song itself. Still, from what I heard it sounds pretty good. Neil is doing a good job; I look forward to hearing the rest of the game’s soundtrack when it comes out.
At first I was like “too electronicy” but then the sweeping strings took over and gave me goosebumps. I closed my eyes, and just for a bit pictured hauling -Yoink- up a road in a Warthog, heading towards the crashed Infinity, And as the strings fade in cresting a ridge in the road and seeing the ship looming huge above you. Mmmmmmm goosebumps.
