Notice that in this week’s bulletin it clearly states “A Spartan tossing his chest plate should feel like an anvil dropping”, “A Spartan sprinting across concrete should be a stealthy whisper”, and “Putting on your helmet should feel like powering up an F-15E”.
First of all will we have removable armor in matchmaking, but this raises a bigger question, why would we want to? Also, I assume this confirms that we will have sprint(AA’s and/or Equipment). Finally, when would we ever need to remove our helmets?
I doubt it any of this involves campaign, just because of the wording in the bulletin. Throughout the entire bulletin it talks about the chief, but when you get this particular section it switches it, from the chief to a spartan.
If I am correct, the bulentin also said something about physics.

This particular section leads me to believe that bloom will not be in the next installment, however mobility becomes a factor with new armor, possibly stating armor will become more than aesthetic.

It becomes more broad, and also detail is and has been hidden in the wording of bulletins past.

Of coure we won’t be able to go into matchmaking without some form of armor, but why else would you throw away an armor piece other than the fact that armor is becoming more than aesthetic.

well i shouldnt need to explain why it would have nothing to do with MM and if you think it does you are seriously going to have trouble with your life becuase simple things seem to be very difficult for you to understand. also these are references to things that are known as sounds so you wont see him youll just HEAR these sounds perhaps at the begining of campaign like maybe he puts his armor on at the begining. but no no no no no no no no you will not be taking off your suit in MM your wrong get over it.

it said in your original post tossing his chest plate. which means what? oh yeah taking it off and tossing it but you must think that is a new AA called chest toss

This is just from an art director who is explaining how Halo should feel. In no way, is he confirming that anything he said was going to be implemented in the game.And an art director wouldn’t confirm anything like that to the public since when there is upper management who have a PLAN to build up hype. Come on people, you should know better.
