I understand that people must be getting bored of playing the same game modes in halo reach match making i know that i am i think they should introduce new game modes such as free for all SWAT, free for all snipers and a 16 player free for all king of the hill game type i think this will be more fun than playing the same game types over and over and will keep more people playing halo reach please who ever views this please consider this idea i hope 343 will to bye people
I could not agree more. I am hoping that in Halo 4, they introduce many new game types. I can think of MANY! Here are just a few of my favorites:
A new zombies mode where zombies and humans spawn on mongooses with other zombies or humans as their gunner. It is a straight track, and the zombies try to catch up to the humans and slice them. If a player makes it to the end of the track ( which will be very long) they are in a safe zone where there is plenty of weapons, medics, and other things of that sort.
I also think they should expand on the team slayer idea. Like have slayer heavies where players have heavy weapons. Also, slayer precision where players start with DMRs/needle rifles and magnum. Then of course, normal slayer where players start with assault rifles and magnums.
Another game type that I would like is a race, where players are in teams of 2 and are on mongooses. Each player has a shotgun and DMR and cannot get off the mongoose for more than 10 seconds without being teleported back on. Players race each other and can shoot each other and try to get to command circles first to score points. This same game type could be used with warthogs, tanks, maybe even falcons.
My final favorite game type is a Hunger Games like free-for-all, where players start with no weapons, and have to rush to the middle to get them. When a player dies, he/she is out until the round is over. There would be 3 rounds, and the player with them most kills at the end wins.
By the way, KING, I agree with your game types and think swat and sniper free for all sounds great. Cross your fingers for new Halo 4 gametypes!!!
