What does everybody think of the three maps we’ve tested so far?
They’re pretty solid. I like the flow and shape of them, Bazaar is cool, but it seems rather large for slayer, there’s a lot of camping in the center area while you wait for enemies to make it back from the base. It’ll be a much more exciting CTF map for sure. Recharge is pretty nice, the back area seems underutilized, but it plays so well with the grappleshot. Live Fire is actually pretty good, but once again it’s kind of got a spawn area that is underutilized.
I’m not sure I’m sold on the weapons on each map though. I’m pretty sure the variety between maps, such as the commando and BR swapping, or the Skewer and Sniper changing are just to let us play around with the weapons for the test, or at least, I hope. It’s important to note that we’re missing like 5 weapons and equipment, possibly another grenade, so the final versions of these maps may play incredibly differently. I’d like to see snipers on Bazaar for each team, just because some of the lanes and angles would be exciting with a snipe. They all play very well with the equipment items on them, I’d love to try the grapple shot on Live Fire and see how it changes up the flow of the map
I’ve really enjoyed all of them. I think bazaar is my favorite so far cause of how fast paced the action seems to feel with everyone pooling in the center. Also makes it that much sweeter once you get your hands on the rocket launcher.
Recharge and Live Fire are pretty good. Bizaar doesn’t feel like it belongs in slayer at all, has a very objective based feel to it.

I honestly think the weapon swapping is in the game because they have talked about adding weapons after launch and it would be easier to add them into rotation.
