These aren’t considered DLC maps. These are just forge maps, you should see more coming, heck we might even eventually get more than 30 maps in a singular playlist if 343 continue adding forge maps.

So we can make our own infection and other fun gametype maps did you not play during the prime of halo 3 and reach? it was the best part of both of those games without it this game is boring and repetitive XD
hahaha sometimes I wonder just what people are thinking. Every halo game had map packs and forge maps added. These are obviously not new maps for the 15 promised. Thanks for the laugh.

Guys… These maps aren’t considered to be the free DLC that’s coming soon, they’re simply Forge maps being put into matchmaking. They simply decided that, since there aren’t any stock BTB maps, they will give us Forge maps made by the community in the meantime rather than have us wait a couple of months for the mode to be included in the game.
Anybody who says or thinks that these Forge maps are considered to be part of the free DLC are either misinformed or blindly hating on 343i. We’ve known that this would be the case for a while.
How dare they give us free stuff like this. I mean, the audacity of them sharing what they have created with us is appalling. And to think I paid money for THIS game when I could have bought Black Ops III and its season pass.
343I is making a mockery of paid DLC that most developers give us out of the kindness of their hearts as long as we give them money. It’s almost as if extra content SHOULD cost additional money but 343 took it a step further to keep the community together. How dare they!
You guys always make me laugh and actually think that these maps are part of the 15 free maps they promised us you got to be kidding me it’s too soon to get any DLC maps in general and if anything these are part of the original game they just had to work on them a little bit more that is it.
Not going to lie, I was pretty disappointed by the size of the pvp maps in Halo 5 because some of them were just tiny.
I’m hoping that forge will open the multiplayer up a bit but so far I am thoroughly unimpressed.
I also managed to escape the given area on one of the forged maps and the area was pretty big however you’re only given around a twelfth of the full map…
