Yes and the fan made maps looks better than this, like the guardian remake looks awsome.
When fans can make this kind of maps in a few days that take 6 months for 343 then you know 343 is still the same, its even worse.
It looks like this map was made the last week just so 343 had anything to show. I was hoping for 3-4 maps at least. This is embarrissing.

It honestly makes me not want many Forge maps from 343. We have people on YouTube right now with a buggy version of Forge making maps more detailed and visually appeasing than this.

Umm it looks ok but honestly not impressed. I’m getting bad vibes about Infinites forge so far since just reminds me of how bad Halo 5’s forge was. Feel like there going to double down on forge maps and less AAA maps… seriously no clue how they expect the game to last 10 years.
They said it wasn’t a cosmetic or new experience. Furthermore, it’s exactly what we thought it would be. Just way less of it.

Uh. idk, I’ve spent 30 hours on Freedom Planet 2 since the 14th.
There are plenty of good games out there to play, but if you’re looking solely in AAA, if you’re looking entirely in corporate spaces… You’re just straight up going to have a bad time.
This is just plain bizarre.

To be honest it isnt that exciting for me.
Im not digging the aesthetic changes or lighting and it feels like a pointless addition with it dropping so late.
Community cartographers would have bashed this out in a relatively negligible period of time.
Forge and community will bash out legacy maps lickity split.
Id rather they have focused on pretty much anything else. Like importing the firing range panel assets from halo 4s pitfall for forge.
But im glad people are excited for it all the same.
Some content is better than a none.

Well to be honest I would have liked it better if they fixed the Custom Games Area, Having a Custom Game Browser and Forge!

I dont understand why it takes months to release a remake of a map made in forge. 343 seems to move at a glacial pace in everything they do.
I get they have to play test it, but does it really take months of testing? Especially for an old map?

I checked out the map. I’ve got to say, I’m not really impressed. I take no issue with a new aesthetic, I prefer remakes to mix it up, honestly. My issue is that it is a very obvious forge map. With the claims of how powerful forge is, I hoped that it would look less like a bunch of blocks stacked together. The “Curfew” forge map they showcased a few weeks ago looks far and away better than this.
Hopefully they take the next month or two and really polish it up.

I think I may literally be sick. This was a brain dead way of hyping up ONE Forge made map. This is the equivalent of “this meeting could have been done by email.”
I guess “World Premier” doesn’t mean crap.

With it being a “work in progress” still, I’m assuming some lighting and texture effects will be added to give it a more realistic look.
My only gripe is that we’re getting Pit and not Narrows. Narrows is a much more interesting map IMO and might even benefit more from Infinite’s equipment and movement changes.
Also it’s Forerunner themed, by far the best aesthetic in Infinite (Behemoth is gorgeous). And I wish 343 took advantage of that fact. Too much UNSC stuff right now.
