New map (that doesn't suck)! Playtest needed!

I’ve just finished building the first iteration of my first full-fledge, proper map. If you’re pretty unimpressed by most of the community maps (like I am), then this one may tickle your fancy.

It’s not the be-all end-all of community maps, nor is it anything drastically groundbreaking, but it does play well (at least it does on 1v1, which is the only thing I’ve tested it on), and it’s great for SWAT as well.

It’s a mid-size map, perfect for 4v4. I have plans to add more team elements (right now there’s only red & blue, as the map is built around a 2-base concept). I am also in the process of plotting out flag/capture areas, hill markers, etc.

I need some people to help play test it. Don’t care how many, as long as it’s more than 1v1. I want to test out things like weapon locations, weapon spawn times, line(s) of sight, respawn points, etc.

I don’t expect it to be perfect, or expect anyone to be blown away, but I have worked really hard on this map to at least make it “flow” well and make it interesting combat-wise. It’s got a few neat little things here and there, and I tried to instill something in it that has been missing since Halo 3 maps: You can access almost every area of the map without having to ever jump. I’ve found with many Reach maps, that’s not the case and I feel like it disrupts the flow of the game. There are some grav lifts and such that get you to areas quicker than other paths, but no jumping is necessary if you choose to go a different route, so it provides a bit more incentive for creative decision making/play style & strategy.
