Halo:CEA is coming out in November but that is a long ways away. All the good games are coming out at that time too. I’ll stilll be getting it but until then for us Halo fanatics 343i should release another map pack. Considering Halo 2, 3 had like 4-5 map packs it would make sense. So please, I’m getting tired of seeing forge world maps with dull textures and bad framerate issues. We need more maps!

New maps in November. Unlikely we’ll see anything until then.
Also, the 4-5 map packs for Halo 2 and 3 were released over the course of 3 years. Halo Reach isn’t even a year old yet.

Unfortunately, it isn’t going to happen. Halo CE is essentially the “Map Pack”.

Only 6 Multiplayer maps and the other is a Firefight map.
Yeah, it’s a good amount. I just wish it would come out sooner.
Title Update>New Maps.
While a few new maps, (forgeworld is getting very, very old) this isn’t going to happen. Halo Anniversary is essentially the map pack featuring 6 multiplayer maps, and 1 firefight. Yes, it’s already been 4 months since Defiant and we’re not due for more maps until November. Just hope that 343 will do better in map selection for MM, and everything will be fine.

Bungie have said its not possible, their words, not mine. However 343 haven’t said anything, they might have a trick up their sleeve.
Also i’d much rather have a map pack than an armour pack. Armour is only a gimmick.
