Personally I like the tactical magnum. Sweet for headshots, decent range, and silenced I just wish it were a level 3 req so I would use it more. I’m not fond of the gunfighter, but it’s rate of fire is pretty good.

Same here. A magnum with more range and silenced is perfect. The gunfighter’s rate of fire looks similar to the beta magnum and I’m not fond of its 1st person look cause it looks like a piece of the magnum broke off.
I prefer the tactical magnum but I think the magnums should be a req level lower
Personally I love the look of the gunfighter magnum. But just as with the Covenant Carbine I have problems keeping the firerate up and at the same time having my aim on point. Much prefer the tactical one BUT I think the REQ level they’re at is one level too high.

Nope, the tactical is a 5-shot just like the standard magnum and the gunfighter I believe is 6 shots (to compensate for the rate of fire). Wish they’d add these to custom maps so that I could try them out properly. I’ve wanted to do a TTK video for the new guns for a while now.

The Tactical magnum is only marginally more useful than the base magnum thanks to the silencer and scoped view making it a bit more versatile.
The gunfighter magnum kills about .3 seconds faster with a perfect kill than the base magnums, but requires more skill to hit that extra precision shot with just iron sights.
It all comes down to personal preference, there is no exact ‘meta’ or best magnum like you seem to be seeking.
Gunfighter has a different use than the tactical magnum. Gunfighter is well paired with using the BR. If you like and know how to keep distance from a player with an AR or SMG, the gunfighter can take them down. Tactical magnum is basically a more mid-ranged version, so pairing it with a close range weapon is ideal but not necessary.
