Linda’s Sniper will be awesome to use and I loved the little rabbit on Kelly’s shotgun.
I wonder what Fred’s weapon will be, I’m assuming for chief there’s a legendary AR if it isn’t the magnum.

I would think it would be a custom assassination, as I remember them saying he was really good with knives. (or favoured using them when he could)

I think nowadays they’re being referred to as “Mythic” weapons. I suspect its to avoid Destiny comparisons.

i never really liked this idea of having more powerful versions of weapons, even if it IS only in warzone. but no point complaining about it, its in the game and it aint changing

When you think of how the Req. Card System works to begin with, the Mythic Weapons don’t infringe upon such a system of access to higher tiers of weapons. Warzone is meant to be played like BTB-Territories and Invasion, not core-Arena. As such, worrying about a player spawning with a different weapon than you is already a problem and so we’re not changing much by allowing these Mythic weapons.
1) If it’s a PW such as a Sniper or Shotgun, the different stats are NO DIFFERENT than oh say, to a Beam or Scattershot. It’s superfluous but it’s not imbalancing.
2) If it’s about a loadout weapon… No confirmation on weapon stats being different than the rest, just the skins being noticeably different.
edit: been confirmed, there are tiers for every weapon but they’re only spawning skin variants in Arena for loadout weapons. Otherwise, the “best” shotgun is indeed the Rabbit. White and red weapons are top tier weapons with Mythic weapons being above even them.
Other than the prophets bane, those nicknames are awful.
