I just tried opening 2 packs for the new leader and I didn’t get to see the cards. Did I just lose 2 packs?

They said people will not lose cards. When the new DLC drops you will have them. Its just a glitch

Where can we see the new leader powers? The new units / hero etc?
Is there any official information ?

All I saw was a sudden surge in unopened packs. And it allowed me to download the new leader. Will upload gameplay when game works again
