Seriously I think halo 5 is going to be a massive game I cant wait. E3 is going to be fantastic
The pulled off some interesting points with sprint on how it’s now a descision maker, “do I want to sprint right off spawn to clean the kill or be ready with the gun in case someone is near me” But what I did find very very is that they really promote having sprint as something toggleable for gametypes and don’t see that it only splits up the community more than it already is.
And that they actually think that ONLY 11% of the community wants sprint is outrageous. That poll was so based it’s unbelievable. The one’s within it are a selected few ONLY from the US (Just because the majority of the community are people from the US doesn’t mean you should exclude the rest).
There have been many many other polls which are community created and have had a huge majority against sprint. 343i themselved had a poll after H4 which was about sprint and sprint was outoveted heavily. So I wonder why 343i ignores all polls where sprint gets outvoted, even if it’s their own polls. It makes me increadibly angry.

Show me a poll on Sprint that has over 19000 people other than the HCFP poll. Oh and the feedback was open up to a few regions in the EU as well. And they’re opening it up to more regions as well.

I don’t really believe there were that many actually. From other polls they’ve had open on their website (Like this following one that was open for EVERYONE which was about a year AFTER Halo 4’s Launch http://i.imgur.com/KPGm0gw.png) I doubt Halo’s community grew that much after Halo 4’s launch (Just look at the player count on it, below 15K)
The HCFP is most likely rigged, maybe not. But that they say that the MAJORITY of the Halo community doesn’t want sprint is not true. Go to any forum that has Halo in it and you’ll see that %70+ of the threads are about anti sprint and %85+ are with OP on it.

That sounds really far fetched. Can you tell me with 100% certainty that the majority of the entire Halo fanbase hates sprint?. Cause I can’t. I don’t know what the stance on this is for the entire fanbase.
As for the other forums, it really depends on how many voters are there. And I guess how many of them were duplicates. With something like the HCFP, you can only vote once. Unless you want to go the trouble of creating many gamertags.

Conspiracy theorist?
Its not all about sprint and that stupid poll. Its more about what they -yoiked- up in Halo 4 from "legendary playlist to file servers and CSR right up to the massive desaster we call Halo MCC with dedicated servers, new patches that fix things and “ranked soon” up to the more “classic” feeling that Halo 5G should deliever.

I’m not saying that EVERYONE in the Halo community hates sprint. I’m saying that the majority of the community is against it or dislikes it in some type of way. We’ve seen it in unofficial polls, official polls and threads, damn even in videos and letters to the producers!
But asiede from tat, the HCFP poll wasn’t fair. Only US candidates were allowed and those who signed up for it didn’t always get accepted. I had a bunch of friends signing up for it and those against sprint got denied or didn’t get a memo about the polls but those of my friends who DID get in was for sprint. All of them have been present in the forums and have stated their minds about sprint and other things within the new games so my guess would be that 343i checked all the emails, looked up the accounts and their forum activity to see if they were against or for sprint/other abilities/entier game and if they were they would be accepted, if they were agaisnt it then they would be denied.

I didn’t call that person a conspiracy theorist for stating that the MCC is broken. I know its broken. I called that person that for the “343 liars” thing. What those people also say is that 343i manipulates the data. That’s what I meant.

I didn’t say everyone. I said majority. I still can’t tell with 100% certainty.
It was open to people in the EU as well. Not all the countries that form the EU. Some. I’m sorry but what you’re suggesting seems really off.
Oh well. Can we just stop talking about sprint now? It’s not going anywhere. Sorry if I’m coming across as angry. I’m not. It’s just that the forums are full of sprint threads.

I agree with the last you said but you’re fasle with what you said about EU. It clearly said on the registration that you HAD to be from the US and be 18 years of age.

They didn’t. They opened it after the poll survey (when you were able to vote sprint out or not).

Honestly it doesnt matter. Not including certain countries is statistically insignificant unless you can prove that people from a particular region have some kind bias against sprint that deviates from the general US population, which you cant. There is no conspiracy theory here. Its not like if you were anti-sprint they simply ignored your application for the program or denied you access. All you had to do was be 18 and from the US or certain EU countries. Thats it. And the crazy thing is that even though only 11% of the population in HCFP was 100% anti sprint, 343 is going to give you the option to turn it off anyways. They simply could have said “well 90% of people like it, so its staying and FU”, yet they threw us all a bone anyways. Get over it. Go make some friends on live that hate sprint as much as you and play customs, cause i know thats what ill be doing.
