i reckon that chief will try and save her and find some forerunner tech that can restore AI’s and that, like some where i read chief trys to find hawlsy (cant remember how you spell it) and save cortana

Probably just to use them. Once they have what they need, they’ll likely just tear the covenant to shreds.

I doubt she’ll die- they like Jen Taylor too much. I’m guessing that John will do something pretty… dark to save her.

They did say this arc would challenge the Chief in new ways.

I think the Chief will disobey orders in order to save Cortana and that is probably why he gets into an argument with Del Rio.
