New Infinity Multiplayer Video Taken Down

So I went to rewatch the new infinity multiplayer video on the halowaypoint youtube channel, and was sad to see that Microsoft was dumb enough to take it down due to a copyright issue. SERIOUSLY?! Microsoft took it down from Waypoint’s own Youtube channel?!

Anyways, could you guys please fix that? The video is awesome, but the quality of the crappy silverlight player on the site is awful. I want me some HD Halo 4 footage!

If you have a decent enough connection, the Silverlight software actually plays in HD. That said, it still sucks.

It’s still easy to find, hilarious that it got pulled from the official YouTube channel though…

Check around IGN, they’ve probably got it floating around somewhere.

What an odd situation isn’t it?

Seriously?

Here it’s on IGN.

Wow… that was one of the few Halo 4 videos I actually really enjoyed. I must have watched it about 10 to 15 times over.

Good job Microsoft.

I’m suprised Microsoft took it down. Maybe 343 will reason with them to get it back on their channel. I don’t see why they took it down.

Silly Microsoft. This situation appears to be quite out of their control. :stuck_out_tongue:

I did enjoy the vid to had some good stuff in it.

Microsoft seems to be screwing up a lot lately…

Do you suppose this has anything to do with those recent content policy changes or whatever?

Yeah, I think when your a company’s OWN content becomes unacceptable, maybe the rules have gotten a bit draconian.

I think they have some sort of software that searches for copyright content. I’m pretty sure that it just screwed up and did something silly. Regardless, I’m sure that 343i only needs to contact youtube about it, and it should all get straightened out.

Thanks though for those of you who have pointed me to the video on IGN’s channel.

Any Spoilers?

Better safe than sorry.

It’s a video about Multiplayer - What do YOU think?

Who exactly is safer for this? How exactly are Microsoft’s intellectual property being protected here?

How can we expect these people to develop a video game if they don’t even understand how to run a Youtube account?
