All we know so far is that you can get it from watching. Nothing has been confirmed on buying it or not.

I think you just have to watch the Finals stream for a short period of time, and there’ll be a code on the stream or something? As far as I’m aware, you can’t link your Twitch account with your Xbox account.

You can watch twitch on your xbox though.
I believe you just have to watch the Finals of the HWC in order to receive the pack & it will be live from March 16-20th which should very fun to watch to see all the Halo Professionals go head-to-head in the HWC Finals. All we can expect from them is just epicness & a great show that they will be putting on those days for Season 1 Finals. Who is planning to watch it or attend the event, because I will most likely be watching it.

I think you can link your twitch account via the twitch app on xbox one…I’m going to try it this week
