YOUR NEW HALO 4 MATCHMAKING HOST SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING. IT SHOULD BE BASED SOLELY OFF OF YOUR PING, UP, AND DOWN SPEEDS; NOT WHO LIVES CLOSEST TO EVERYONE. IT IS NOT WORKING, EVERY GAME I HAVE PLAYED HAS BEEN FILLED WITH LAG. PLEASE FIX THIS SYSTEM ASAP.

considering that you say that “Every” game you play is filled with lag, could it possibly your connection that is bad, rather than the host selection picking a bad host?
and i was under the impression that Ping was a tool used for measuring distance of connection?
This is as good as its going to get and all the cap-locks in the world are not going to help it.
