I don’t understand the purpose of all of these. We need to be active and post here where 343 will see it. Taking our support to fansites just takes away the power of our support from here.
nobody said you can’t have multiple accounts. Fan sites tend to be more free and open.
I know, but 343 needs to see what we think about things. Look at the lazyfrog website. It is hurting us more than anything. It has cut our support in half. Like most of them don’t even look at what is said here.
lazyfrog is splitting up, thats what the intention of this site is. Lazyfrog just changed his website, and basically restarted it from scratch, and quite a few people are pissed. Having forum members isn’t going to hurt or help 343 in anyway, if they want to make hw2 they will regardless of the number of forum members. and as I said before, you can be part of multiple forums. This one to voice your opinions, the other one to learn how to play better and get better.

Lazfrog.us isn’t about trolling anymore and if you go there you WILL get helped in this game. There is moderation now too. According to all the trolls, that the site dying.

Alright, so it’s not dead yet, but it’s traffic has suffered pretty harshly because of the major changes.
I think Kihz is exactly right with what he said, Lazyfrog.us is the place where many high level players go to for their community and has the highest population of active high level players (this site, not so much). Honestly, the biggest reason we weren’t nice to noobs (in my opinion) was because of the hands-off approach to the rules. The site was pretty much dedicated to trash talking and high level game winning.
It is no longer that. And, lets be honest, Waypoint is horribly inaccessible and unappealing compared to Lazyfrog. In my opinion, this site should be abandoned by its community for a move to Lazyfrog. The community will (and almost has to now, lol) be more supportive of up-and-coming players.

This one works for me (the other did not). The site’s only been up for a few hours, so the community is just starting. Also, I’d like to point out that if you are not a Lazyfrog veteran, this one is not really for you, lol.

This is exactly what I am talking about just like I said in the other thread. You guys are killing the community by not letting your voices heard. Anything that can be done anywhere else can be done here. I am restarting one of my old groups, and I am adding a Halo Wars section too. But the difference is that I want people to still come here and be active.

No no no no no no. We don’t care about 343 ‘hearing’ us. 343 doesn’t give a damn about Halo Wars besides bs angel, and even she posts here once every 5 months. We care about hitting new posts, and seeing the new stuff. Accessibility is a big part of why we don’t like this site. We also like, when we hit the new posts button, to not see threads with detailed instructions on how to beat Grizzlies… This site is filled with noobs that think rushing is for -Yoinks!- and super units are good. So we welcome anyone who wants to be good at this game AND ARE WILLING TO LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE GOOD to come on over to Lazyfrog, and learn from the best.

I have heard more high level strats on Waypoint in 2 day then an entire 12 months on LF. Plus there are more high level 1v1 players on waypoint the LF. Everyone on LF who has any decent TS boosted and really dont have good strats to give.
Stick to Waypoint, troll free is the way to be

If LF and Waypoint had a tourni between its top 1v1 players, waypoint would win hands down. I know this because I was the highest ranking 1v1 player on their site, until it was overrun with bk trolls and I learned how much better waypoint is.
The truth is LF is almost completely dead with a small amount of low TS trolls bumping the forums. If it wasnt so close to death you wouldnt see 5 of their posters here trying to recruit. Im happy all Waypoint posters made the right decision staying put.
