I was on Bungie.net . There is a thread about new armor?? Could it happen??
Many people say it isn’t, but me; no idea.
I wish it is, but right now right here I believe only 343i can tell us.
Well, That is what I was hoping for. Even if it was a non answer like “anything’s possible”. The pics form flickr look convincing.
I wouldn’t mind BS angel reciting the microsoft anthems as an answer either.

I saw a thread where some guy had PM’d a Bungie employee and they said that it is impossible to add armour via DLC into Reach. To proove it he added a screen shot of his reply. Unfortunately, it’s untrue.
You may be right but I saw the thread also that showed pics of a new helmet so I will hold out hope for a bit longer.

Really?..343 did’t find Certain affinity, it was founded By a Bungie employee of 10 years, they have made Map packs for Halo 2 and lots of other games as well, research is your friend!

Was it only Certain Affinity that was up for the job?? I don’t know. Do you know? So I said “find” as in finding the right person for the job. Which I think 343 has done. I have done my “research” don’t worry about that. I was just showing by gratitude toward 343 for going with Certain Affinty as opposed to anyone else. I think these new maps are sweet.
Also staying on topic is a friend to everyone.
Hey guys, so… this screenshot is a big discussion over at bnet. It’s a supposed new helmet on one of the new defiant maps. What do you guys think it is.
Also if anyone from 343 reads this, could you please shed some light on it?

Not new, thats a scout helmet.At least thats what it looks like to me.
That is not the scout helmet. For starters scout doesn’t have the circle things on each side not to mention the fact it looks nothing like it. Here’s a pic of scout:
Old news, a lot of speculation going if the armor was hidden within the disc, or if it’s DLC content with the Defiant Map Pack. Here some more images.

Why make a map pack for a finished game, but base it off old code? For the map pack would not work on the current build of the game. If this new armor is either 343 exlusive, “dlc”, or cut armor that is only available on certain discs, then how come 343 or Bungie hasn’t come out and said what it is?We all know that “new” armor exists. We all know (hopefullY all of us) that the armor can’t and isn’t going to be released with the map pack.If the new armor is to be released, it will obviously be released in some other way, such as maybe a update or actual DLC.What do you guys think? Why hasn’t 343 or Bungie just come out and openly say that the armor will or will not be released? It will end pointless speculation
