They really Beat Reaches Graphics right out of the park.
I’m going to wait until I see the game being played on a real console before I pass any real judgement on graphics.
All 343 have said is the pictures (in general that is) are “in engine” which means diddly squat concerning the actual graphics on an actual console. And that’s not even considering frame rate consistency.

They are the same, it’s just the camera angle that makes them look weird.
I hope these graphics hold up, and if they do, imagine it on the PC.

Are you sure, their tanks look awfully… weird, oh well I guess that’s the point. Over all though, there is an unbeliviable amount of detail throughout those shots. I’m really excited to see more.

The shoulder pads in reach were like that too. It just helps keep them from cutting into his armor graphically. You probably can’t tell from most angles.

I really don’t think 343i would try to make super high-fidelity screenshots from the PC dev build that would break the 360, and then try to pass them off as screenshots from the 360. Those are proper ingame shots.
