It is highly likely that we’ll see the Halo Channel app on iOS and Android sometime in the future.

I hope so. Destiny was mostly a bust overall from my perspective as a whole… but the app truly is great. I would like to see something similar for Halo on iOS.

Kind of. The Xbox 360 Halo Waypoint app will remain as is, but the Halo Waypoint app for iOS, Android and Windows Phone were pulled recently. The Halo Channel will be coming to Xbox One on November 11th and Windows Phone 8 at a later date.
That would be great. You could see what friends are playing and look up stats when you aren’t playing.
also you can just read whats happening on the forums on the go

I’m not quite sure what is going to happen to the Halo waypoint app. It has been removed from windows phone, but they’re adding the Halo channel app in November. I don’t think that they have plans for iPhones.
They really need to start making plans for iOS and android the majority of people use that

I would love to have it on IOS but they probably wont release it because its on IOS and IOS is not connected to XBOX, XBOX360 and/or XBOX ONE. But like i said i would love to have it.
The Halo Waypoint App was great… hope we will see soon a new version of it vor android and IOS
What Microsoft needs to do is add support for forums services such as Tapatalk to make forums access simpler for mobile users.
