4.Headshot Everytime - Complete an Game Of Multiplayer Matchmakeing With The Same Amount Of Kills And Headshots 20G

As far as I know you can only have 1750 max per game which would mean you only have 350 left to play with. Unless of course MS up the amount of achievement points available per game.
