-Yoink!- leaks have been way to outlandish for me to even consider them being true. the 2 posts I’ve seen passed around on the internet was this one and another saying noble 6 survives and so far I haven’t seen any reason to believe any of them.

Those 35 additional missions but only 15 hours of game play sound a lot like a Spartan Ops type of addition which reuses campaign locations. Not necessarily bad if they can make it interesting to play.
As for sending Cortana back in time to reboot the entire franchise, there isn’t enough salt on the Earth for me to pinch.
I said a long time ago here that the word"Infinite"to me implies time travel/parallel dimensions.So i wouldn’t be surprised if that was in the game.

I think we’ve reached the point where the shooter market is so saturated that generic subtitles are a given for any franchise now. CoD Infinite and Doom Eternal are the biggest that come to mind. I don’t know if CoD had to do with parallel timelines and I vaguely think Doom does (haven’t played either game) so infinite doesn’t necessarily imply timeline shenanigans. I’ll admit that if done right it could be an interesting new status quo for the franchise, but I’m a little hesitant about such a dramatic move that it could be a cheap way to rewrite the story.
