New Halo 5 Ad campaign

I’m finally coming back to Halo, but I’ve noticed while I’ve been gone its really gone down the tubes. I think its time for 343i to run an ad campaign to get people playing Halo 5. We need to show all those old Halo players that the game is finally coming together. If we could just excite the base we might be able to draw some old fans away from CoD and Battlefield and back to Halo. I want Halo to be great again and have the strongest gaming community on the xbox.

No one trusts their advertising anymore.

They already lied big time about their campaign in pre-release interviews and advertisements, I shudder to think what they’d say about the multiplayer that isn’t strictly honest.

Don’t think i’ve ever seen adverts after the game release window.

Wouldn’t it at least bump up the numbers in multiplayer though?

No… it’s way too late for that. They can’t spend money on marketing a game that’s already dead

What do you call a dead game, I wait only one to two minutes to find a match?

No ones gonna invest money into ad space JUST to boost the popularity when theyre already working on Halo 6. Ads are used to generate revenue and make money for the company.

I wait 10 to 20 seconds most of the time.

Yea, same here. I’ve never had an issue getting a quick match in any playlist.

I sure as hell don’t trust MS/343’s marketing team right now. 343 can keep the ads
for themself.

It’s rare, but I have seen some games get accolade trailers after release. Halo 5 had a Warzone one, but I believe that was pretty much it.

It would be nice if they did something to give light to some of the recent additions to the game.

Game is still in the top ten most popular. I wouldn’t call that dead.

Depends, sometimes it hovers around 13. It’s not dead, but it’s not flagship status either, unfortunately.

It was up at 6 at one point last week. But unfortunately, you’re kind of right. If the series were as popular before, it would have reached number 1 after release, and then not moved since. Sadly, this describes Black Ops 3 and not Guardians.

I haven’t seen it in the top 10 in almost a month now.
