Yes, they are new and they are just placeholders there for now it seems. Their prices will be listed sometime soon (if not already) and you will be able to buy them probably at the same time.

It’s 7+2. I got one of those packs and didn’t get one Legendary card even tho it said it did have. But did get a couple of certifications.

That’s because you are only SR11…
you need to unlock all the un/common certs that you get from silver packs before you go chasing legends. Learned that the hard way.
These really don’t make sense to me, it’s just a 3 cent savings on the 3x Gold Pack. At least make it like 20,000 rec points or something so it’s more of a reward and not just convenience
