New game type involving the flood

all it is infection on staroids
you play 5 round that get harder agenst the Halo 1 2 3 flood

I like your idea, so basically Firefight but with the flood?

Halo 5 doesn’t feature the Flood, but that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be canon. The Flood is still out there, and it would make sense for the UNSC to train Spartans in War Games in case it returns as a major threat.

Everything is a simulation so they could technically add it, but I highly doubt they would for a variety of reasons.

Yes Warzone is a simulation, anything could happen. They added in Brute weapons but no Brutes in Halo 5…
Although the flood would be awesome as an addition to Halo 5 in WZFF it is too early for the flood to make their big return and too late for Halo 5’s updates.

I hope Halo 6 features a real improved Firefight from Halo Reach, even with flood rounds.

I’m saying it wouldn’t be Canon for Halo 5, you know? Halo 5 doesn’t feature the flood.
We all know it’s out there but for 343 to make whole new AI’s and new Firefight rounds, I don’t 343 would do that.

But that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be canon for Halo 5. It’d canonically work fine in Halo 5. Halo 4 didn’t feature the Flood, yet it still had the Flood mode that was pretty much just Infection.

Oh I get what your saying. But I dont think 343 would even do that for Halo 5 tho. Halo 4 was a learning lesson and Halo 5 was another lesson for 343. Halo 4 had a lot of stuff wrong.
I’m just saying that to bring back the flood, last being since halo 3, it would be a small entrance. I would rather want them for Halo 6.
