New Galaxy Splash Screen Bug (Help?!)

Has anyone else encountered this bug - I load Halo MCC from my Xbox One dashboard and everything works fine until the galaxy splash screen, I hit the start button and the text disappears leaving me with the splash screen with debris travelling around the planet indefinitely.

Up until this morning everything loaded fine (aside from matchmaking where I have had 3 games in a week…). I have hard reset the xbox, rebooted my router etc and nothing seems to work!

Starting to get very frustrated now, 48 hours to install and update, can’t play matchmaking and now I don’t seem to be able to get on the game at all. I understand there will be bugs in a game but after paying £50 for something I expect that a week on I would be able to use it.

I’ve only had this happen once, and I have no idea why and how it happened. Hasn’t happened since though which is good lol

This also happened to me. I think I was able to go to the dashboard and quit the application, and, after a reboot it worked fine. I haven’t had the problem since.

Thanks for the responses. It seemed to fix itself after leaving the xbox for a few hours.
