Of course, I need to get canonical up in here:

They’re wearing what looks like MK V, yet the age of the actors suggests this is them when the the majority of the FUD series takes place (around 2525+). They didn’t get MK V until they were around 40 years old.

OH WELL. I’m not too fussed. Just thrilled to see them realized outside of the books. (halo legends is…bleurgh)

To be completely honest, I prefered the Halo: Legends versions. Hopefully, if they appear in the Reclaimer Trilogy, the Legends versions are the one’s they’ll use.

Well these are the younger versions of them, so the one in Legends still maybe be there future appereance.

True. But as reality teaches, hair color doesn’t change. In Legends Kelly had red hair. Here, she had black… or brown, can’t quite tell. Its just a personal preference really. I’m an anime fan, which is why the Legends versions appeal to me more.

I never liked their legends appearance as they were quite incorrect compared to how the books described them.

This version is…awesome.

I don’t know man… I always felt like a female spartan would be at least somewhat athletic. She seems to be way to frail to be an augmented killing machine. I always wished that they would get some more “hardcore” chicks into the suits, but it seems that other than Kat, all the female spartans are visually depicted as just pretty ladies in huge power armor.

Also the armor seems to be kinda large on her, perhaps she is just the voice actor, and she put another actors armor on for a pic???

She seems too… frail. She looks tiny. I’m fine with the actor for Fred, but Kelly looks way to small to be the killing machine she is in the books. Overall I prefer the Legends appearance for both of them, though I’m fine with Fred. Hopefully she’ll grow on me. Overall I’m excited though. Can’t wait for Forward Unto Dawn.

^ this… Similar thing to angelina jolie. She looked good in Tomb raider, but in salt playing a spy. Angelina looked like if the wind blew in the wrong direction, she would break in half.
