New forge maps.

I’m sorry, but they’re absolute garbage. No flow what so ever.

It’s cute these map makers focusing on aesthetics is more important than gameplay and map flow. Also, stop living in the past. Old game play mechanics from old Halo games do not apply anymore. Stop trying to force gameplay mechanics that don’t exist anymore.

Which maps are these? Are these the one that were just added into slayer in attempt to refresh the playlist?

Fissure - clearly it has some map flow considering that it managed to get into HCS events. Perhaps this is on you rather than the map?
Seclusion - this one’s a bit iffy. The amount of power weapons is kind of overzealous and the ghost is questionable. Other than that, it flows similar to a Halo 3 map which doesn’t quite fit the new movement system.
White Cell - this one isn’t new so I don’t think you’re talking about it.

I agree with the statement on classic movement. People should stop trying to shoehorn it into a game the can’t support it. It makes no sense and proves that 343i is unable to stick to what they believe to be the right direction and further expand upon ideas. Not sure who said this but it definitely applies, “Trying to make everyone happy makes no one happy.”

There’s a couple more new ones in the Roaming Hill gametype that are pretty wacky in terms of movement stuff. Its awesome.
