Okay so heres what i think it is… at first i thought it was forge world, so i compared some pics and nothing matched up… was all wrong in the map even on the island… and then i read on the forums someone saying Raid on apex 7 and i thought thats a bit… much i think, i doubt the forge team would be able to take the warzone maps and turn them into forge canvases but i thought id compare it anyway as the trees looks the same…

As you can see the tree right of the spartan is the exact same as the one in the forge teaser…
OR…
It could be… the water canvas from H2A (i cant remember its name)… if you think its got a big bit of open water from what we can see, we can make terrain now and they could have got a few new trees from the raid on apex map!
Or… they could have re done Forge world to make it more modern and re done the trees etc…
i think the majority of it points at Apex 7… just seems to add up too well!

I was thinking a redone Forge World too. Like, I’m sure that island in the tease with the palm trees is just apart of a new backdrop and not actually a playable landmass.
If it’s as big as Forge World then sure that be interesting but I doubt they’ll do it since 343i have mostly been focusing on depressingly small canvas’s. I loved the original Forge World so would take ages to get across maps with banshee’s but modern forge maps tend to be pretty small in comparison. In Halo Forge World I could remake massive remakes of old maps from games like Doom 1 levels 1,2 as 1 level while Halo 4,5’s forge scale seems seriously toned down.

If that’s true, someone has to make a beach volleyball themed grifball court.
I don’t think the existence of palm trees is a compelling argument for it being Apex 7. It could just mean they are adding palm trees. It wouldn’t be the first time they added new trees.
Yeah its the tree, but I still think H5 new version of forge world. They already have alpine that looks like the same forge world theme. It seems to me that its a forge world variant type thing. So it’s the same layout as forge world but with plan trees and stuff. This giving them a reason to also add new assets to Halo 5 such as the tree and beach things instead of just giving us a bigger canvas of alpine.
