New Forge Bugs (Since Firefight)

Just to let anyone at 343i know, here a few bugs I have found in forge since the firefight update:

  1. Duplicating objects is no longer as smooth as it once was. You have to be at a certain angle to get a close duplication otherwise the duplicate object will spawn a couple feet away. While this isn’t game breaking, it is a little annoying when you’re trying to duplicate faces for a floor or wall and have to keep re-positioning the items.

  2. Despawn timers no longer work on safe/kill zones. This is actually quite bothersome and has broken a couple of custom game maps I have been working on.

  3. Some Glacier map skyboxes will cause the game to crash. Same with Tidal as I read for some people, I personally have not had an issue with Tidal yet.

  4. Vehicles can no longer be used if they are set to phased, and are inside of an object. For example: I at one point put a mongoose in a group of objects shaped like a bed to achieve the effect that the character was laying in bed, this no longer works as the mongoose can no longer be ridden either as a driver or passenger.

If anyone else has some other bugs and bothersome glitches in the newest update to forge add them below. If not but you know of a solution to some of these problems let me know!

yeah lots of issues, and knowing 343, it will take them months to fix. I hope we can start playing custom games on tidal asap. it will prob be another 2 weeks before thats fixed if we are lucky.
