Since infinite is taking place in zeta halo which contains flood research facilities. I was wondering if 343 might use cut flood forms that Bungie never completed and made it in game, what do you guys think should they bring back the original concepts of flood forms Bungie in the Past or no?

If the Flood shows up again, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they did since they seem to love digging into the trove of unused or rarely mentioned material. The “Blind Wolf” never got to show up in the games, but it did make its way into a novel. The Flood Juggernaught kinda-sorta showed up in Halo Wars 2. etc.
Perhaps the Infector and Stealth Form could be introduced. Those two forms currently remain as cut forms. So this could be a chance to introduce these two forms.

They sure do like doing that, which I’m happy with. The juggernaut also made it into Fireteam Raven I believe. And the Sharquoi got cut from H2 but made it into Envoy.

Who knows those guys might get added to in Infinite
The new flood forms in Halo Wars 2 were pretty cool. So if they used those it would also tie in the Halo Wars story with Infinite.
There definitely could be some old unreleased forms but id like to see what 343i could make up in addition to those.
Flood just has so much potential in form of various shapes ranging from new type of infantry to bosses.

I’ve always wanted a female carrier form. Since the Flood are intelligent, and females bring life, they’ll be a fast version of the regular one.
Crawling on their back with a massive womb filled to the brim of Infection forms, neck is twisted with the head upright, faint strands of hair hanging covered in ooze, bits of armor and clothes still left on, a high pitched screech for a detection alert, long nails, able to crawl on walls and ceilings, breasts are merged with the body (censoring purpose), and possibly have extra limbs to look like a spider.

Seems to me that they all become this mess of a mass with combat forms being less altered (humans, elites, brutes being generally utilized as such) while less valuable material (as they are turned much more different from the original forms) is used to produce something like carrier forms.
And some with valuable information at least become biomass for the eventual brain for the later phase of the infection.
Interesting design idea perhaps but Id rather make the minor change to keep the usual style of choosing what the victims will turn into.
As everything is just biomass for the flood, less valuable material in this sense would mean something of smaller stature ranging from small lifeforms or victims perhaps in not so pristine condition, instead possibly being in multiple pieces.
And not really too much of an image, much room for lot of details yet like the transformation itself which occasionally wont be an post-mortem event.
Though most graphic details haven’t really been shown in visual Halo media & it’s not really a Halo thing either. Halo has been pretty mild with it’s horror aspects so far for thats what it is, an aspect, not a full-fledged horror experience.
Or it has been an aspect before, not so much in newer installments, not in quite a time.
And as for the last remark, “censoring purpose” & “true horror” wont really go hand in hand, even though sometimes it’s better not to show something for intensitys sake there is no restraints on something that would be “too much of an image”.

Flood are genderless, I don’t see why a “female” variant would be relevant.
Seeing how this game takes place on/around Zeta Halo, it would be a major disappointment for them to not have the Flood. Especially, how the community has blatantly cried out for the Flood to return for years now.
