How hard would it be to have the new flights on the windows store? Microsoft said they support the Black Lives Matter movement and Steam has been totally silent. To adhere to their stance it would be a relief to see MCC be fully moved to the windows store for flights and in general.
From what I’ve seen most flights are for Steam
but it’s the same though, instead of downloading it through the Microsoft Store you download it trough steam, and if you have it over in the Microsoft Store(I have it there as well through game pass) you just delete the flight and redownload it in the MS Store once it releases. I truly don’t see and issue with flights on Steam

Not really sure what this has to do with flighting Halo 3?

Flights invites were sent out for both Windows Store and Steam users - flighting isn’t going to be limited to 1 platform because both platforms need to be tested

Someone tried to passive aggressively dox a local business this exact same way recently. She got obliterated in a local facebook group for doing so as she was then caught bad mouthing the place for not responding within 5 minutes.
Thing is: you know these two things have absolutely nothing to do with each other, but you’re abusively using the cause just to get something you want. I would not even accuse a child of being this petty.

Can we not do this? Yeah? It’s not relevant to flighting and it would help no one to have it primarily on the Windows Store… That would alienate Windows 7 players, and upset a ton of other gamers.
Ok first of all this is going to be controversial: When a company says “we support X movement”, all that is is PR. That’s it. It’s not bad PR, but it’s still PR.
Valve isn’t racist for not “supporting” it, they just don’t want to bring politics to their platform/company.
Secondly, MS Store is horrible. Files are locked down, pain in the -Yoink- to change drives (symlinks on Windows is just a hassle), etc.
Plus, in my case I’m running Windows in a virtual machine. MS Store will not allow me to play games with anti cheats because it detects a hypervisor and so I must be a dirty cheater.

Hey stckrboy, I received my flight code a few minutes ago for steam, do I have to uninstall from the MS STORE in order for me to download it for steam? Steam keeps failing to install, I’m thinking it’s because I already have it for xbox game pass pc.
If you got a Steam code but have it through MS store is there a way to change it? Obviously not going to pay again for the Steam version. Is there a way to migrate or swap for an MS store flight invite?

Insider is its own separate game… You don’t need to buy MCC, just activate the code.
