I was bored looking around at all the emblems waiting for my game to start and I noticed some of them had the tittle “FIRETEAM” and I just wanted to see if the community had any intel on the following Fireteams, are if so where/who are they? This list include Fireteam Crimson (which came from H4 Spartan Ops so that’s just use) along with Fireteams Dagger, Grizzly, Hellhound, Apex, Colossus, Lancer, Mako and Jorogumo (google this one the translation is hysterical). Along with Ridgeback Cantonment Patrol. I think this Patrol may be a squad of security Spartans that guard the military Academy.
I don’t think those have lore implications except for probably ridgeback. There was a spartan flood containment squad.

they are canon, though they just haven’t appeared in any lore.
we do know that Lancer was also active at Requiem. and there are more that are unmentioned during spartan ops.
