I have been having a blast playing Halo Multiplayer and so drained with all the negative and toxic people posting and replying to others so let’s have some fun people and please no negativity this is for people to have fun, take the negative energy elsewhere please and instead be positive and have fun.
I want to hear other people idea for new equipment you believe would work in Halo Infinite Multiplayer or even an older one you wish they bring back.
I love the Grapplehook and the Repulsor still trying to figure out how to use the thrust to my advantage
Active Camo and overshield are great but I think we can use one more.
Here is mine Active Sealth.
Active Stealth is actually combining a damage Active Camo with Threat sensor technology. I can even see Joesph Staten doing a multiplayer cinematic to introduce it.
so when you place it to your chest, your footsteps goes quiet just like with Active Camo but since you do not need to direct so much energy toward the Camo part your footsteps stay silent even when running plus you do not show on radar when running or shooting and your shooting is muffled not 100% silent but muffled.
The best part is due to the threat sensor tech you can now see enemies behind walls and rocks just like you do with a threat sensory at a certain distance of course maybe make it since it is a personal piece of equipment the range is smaller than the threat sensor range.
I can see a cinematic where your Spartan is on a mission with Agryna and other Spartans when the Pelican is shot down your group was able to land close to the rendezvous point but after assessing everything you find the Active Camos has been damage which was essential for the Covert mission. One of the Tech operators watch as your Spartan and others shoot threat sensors around the perimeter and has an idea.
He/She combines the working bits of the Active Cameo with the Threat sensor to create Active Stealth Agryna explains that although the intel is important to retrieve she can not ask you to use untested technology and we can retreat and try another day only for your Spartan to reach out his/her hand pretty much saying I’m in.
It can even be part of the weekly challenge or event where the last challenge is simply like just use Active Stealth 1 time in game when done with the weekly challenge or Event cinematic of her saying job well done Spartan the mission was a success you retrieved the intel needed and it looks like we have a new piece of equipment to put in our arsenal.
I think a jump pad would be cool. Like Octanes on Apex.
It’s a high risk high reward item. Because you could solo use it or if your team has built a strat around the jump pad maybe you and other team mate coordinate with it to push together.
The risk obviously is that once it’s down enemy players could use it too. Just like how enemy players could use a drop shield you’ve placed.
I think it would actually be a better piece of equipment than thrust. Mainly because it can be easily misused or not played correctly OR it could be a huge play maker for the team that can scope it up.
The timer on it would be up for debate somewhere around about how long a drop wall last night be good maybe a bit longer.
I could see this becoming viable in all game modes.
I want to fly the Pelican in Multiplayer just for fun. Like maybe if you die 10 times in BTB you get to fly one and drop vehicles/weapons on unsuspecting Spartans.
In terms of real suggestions I would love to see some form of bubble shield come back. That was fun.
And maybe the hologram equipment.
But in terms of a stupid suggestion that would never work I would like a teleporter. You could pick up and deploy. It takes you to the closest (or random) other activated teleporter. As a team you could set them up to help map movement, as an enemy you could position them over a cliff…
That’s works. A deployable mini grav lift that gives a vertical and horizontal boost. A nice little arch to the jump. Like a mini lift on Behemoth.
let’s say it would lift and toss you, as an example; on the map bazaar it would take you from one side of the stairs at rocket spawn to the other stairs. So you could go up and over the rocket spawn at ground level.
I have 3 firstly would be a damaging field kinda like h4s Regen bubble except for increased damage but strips shields linger you stand in it for balance purposes.
Or a shield overcharge a shield overcharge simply put a device like the sensor where you shoot it out and it has slight tracking to ally to give them a shield(if they have no shield they just go to full shield) trade-off is the increased shields strip the owners shields to give to ally.
Finally and by best idea black hole throw this device and opposite to the repulser sucks things in for 5 seconds before violently throwing items airborne stuck in the gravity well, items have velocity if you’re hit by a sniper say goodbye to your shields. Also it has physics like h3s shield drain so it can be manuvered around, if shot while charging it can be destroyed but once activated it’s immune and you can move it around via shooting it or repulser.
Your new equipment sounds like the most new and OP thing in the game. Being able to just be fully stealth with a suppressor, Promethean vision as well.
Well I guess I can only think of is a smoke bomb. But when you use it, it just explodes right on top of you. Its just a thick smoke screen that help you escape when you get caught out in the open. But you have to know where you are going. Still able to shoot and get shot though, just cant see.
I think that would help in case you are out with no cover to get a weapon or get caught by an enemy warthog or wasp raining on you. Its like a defensive utility that helps you reposition, but not directly get a kill. Prob really good to get a Reversal medal.
I can see it happening. But I’d like to see footsteps actually making discernible directional noise rather than the current iteration we have right now. It would make your equipment idea that much more practical.
