New Enemies, wildlife?

Now I don’t exactly remember where, but I seem to recall in an interview/ article somewhere that there would be much more diversity in terms of the fauna that we will see

Now I now that the enemy is supposed to be some ancient threat, but could there also be classes of enemies that take form as some of the wildlife on the shield world that chief lands on?

Now correct me if I’m wrong, but the forerunners used the shield worlds to protect themselves from the firing of the halo array, who’s to say that they wouldn’t have brought along some of the deadliest creatures from all corners of the galaxy along with them?

Just a thought, it would be cool to face some really brutal animals that challenges us in ways that would be different from an intelligent enemy, such as the covenant, or whatever the real new threat is

Reach’s giant beasties were the highlight of the night mission. Plus the endless moa jokes. So yeah some fierce wildlife would be fun.

I agree. especially if it is something specific to one level, it makes that level stand out. For example, if the giant creatures were in every level, it wouldn’t be as special or memorable.

I felt a bit seen off in Reach in terms of fauna. They made a big deal about how there was a big step up in terms of how much we’d see… so they put in two BIG creatures, and some Moa’s on two levels…they were just put there to be seen to try and make a point…which failed =/

I felt there was more fauna in Halo 2 than there was in Reach.

There should be wildlife. I would like at least 10 different animals and birds.

That’s how I felt, don’t get me wrong I loved the animals that were in reach, but from the way they talked about it I expected a much bigger role and much more diversity
