What do they mean by skins? Most people have the wrong idea what a skin is in a game, so it makes me question it. Is it new armors other than Mark V, ODST, and Forerunner? Or is it new paintjobs? Like how there are two versions of the existing armors.

Column
Python
Bayonet
Solid
They’re new “paintjobs” for existing armours, not new armour sets, unfortunately.

They haven’t revealed which armors they are for yet. Kind of strange, considering they’ve probably already decided. Unless EVERY armor gets 5 new skins… The armory list would be so long after that lol.
Didn’t Bungie say before that they couldn’t add new armor into Halo 3? They must have been BS’ing, since armors are getting added into Halo 4.

Apparently so was Reach. I thought they said it about Halo 4 too, but I might be wrong.

I kinda remember them saying something like that too. Maybe they couldn’t drop new armors without a price tag on them? Idk
