Now I decided to play Halo 3 on Legendary, I never did it by myself. And in the first cutscene I’m excited to hear Johnson say “Then they must love the smell of badass.” What I heard was " Then they must love the smell of Bogarti (something like that) yeah thats right product placement, I gotta get paid too you know." Now I’m confused because when I started up Halo 3 there was a title update and the last time I played Halo 3 was late November of 2011. I also noticed in the cut scene that the marine’s shoulder pads are now gone. Go ahead an try it to see what you get.

It’s a rare and random joke like that gets activated only on Legendary difficulty.

This is just a glitch. Even if there’s tons of space on your hard drive, your Xbox 360 will refuse to store TUs for more than about five games. The least-recently-played games tend to be the first to have the TUs deleted, forcing a redownload. Veeery irritating bug.

I think the Marines are randomized. This must be one of the variants. Or a bizarre glitch.
