NEw defiant achievements without anniversary map pack?

So I’ve searched online and got a bunch of answers and haven’t been able to find anything on these forums. (just people saying how these maps never show up in MP)

I was wondering if I need the Anniversary map pack to be able to get the new defiant achievements. These maps NEVER come up in matchmaking, so if they do, I wanna know if I can even get the achievements and not miss out on a once in a lifetime opportunity. Other than boosting, which would also take an insane amount of luck to get these achievements, I don’t see how it’s possible to get these legit. I think that NBA Live 07 achievement that requires 1000 people to be on at the same time is more possible than these.

I’ve read that you need the Anniversary map pack, but then other posts have said that as long as you CE played you can get them.

From all posts I’ve read it would seem that you need to have the map pack to get achievements related to it. I got 3 kills with the oddball in Penance but got no achievement, so it would lead me to believe it can only be unlocked if you have the map pack that that achievement came with downloaded. However the achievement Poppin’ and Lockin’ I got without Noble 1 so I don’t rightly know why they don’t always work. I got poppin and lockin first time on an anniversary map, Ridgeline. I don’t have the noble and defiant map packs.

Not sure, but I’ve gotten Defiant and Noble achievements, and I don’t even have Defiant or Noble. Just Anniversary.
