I hit the credit cap today at 121000cr was this a joke from 343I or has it not updated for me yet? Has anyone else hit the cr limit?
i would like to know as well, it to early to see the cap
but I actually HIT the cr cap at 121000. That doesn’t seem right to me.

The only question I have is…How do you hit that thing? I have played with friends, getting challenges and the Jack pots yet the most credits I have ever earned in one day is less that 100,000. That’s with about 4 hours of play. How long do you all play? More importantly WHY?! Do you have nothing better to do than this?
NO… I have nothing better to do! 
It depends on the playlist you’re playing, rank and if you’re using custom challenges. P.S. - Firefight is a good playlist for cr.
The new cR cap will NOT be 121k cR, it is bound to be a lot higher, if you have hit the cR cap today at 120k cR, wait until tomorrow when the new cR cap will be fully applied.
Then was it a glitch that I hit my cap at 121,000cr not 120,000cr.

yah 120,000 but its been raised to an unknown ammount.
i was told it good be 343k but that is just what i was told by bs angle…she can’t tell u exactly for sure but it has been increased by yesterday…

I know this may seem a little off topic, but it do’s relate. So please forgive me on this? 
I too today hit the daily cR cap, I think… I say I think, because to the best of my knowledge I earned around the 120,000K mark. However, I seem to be earning cR at the moment quite randomly. Some games I receive my cR for the game played, & some I don’t.
I’ve never hit the daily cap before, so I don’t know if this is how it works. I guess i’m just a little confused lol

Your math was off, the credit cap was only raised last night, you were capped at 120k.
OP perhaps you should title your thread, “has anyone hit the cap yet today” That way we may get and answer. I would make my own but that would seem redundant/like a waste of space.
Is anyone actually reading my posts or are you posting randomly? I HIT THE CREDIT CAP AT 121,000CR. p.s. please do not reply if you are just going to say how did you hit the cr cap, or no it is going to be higher than that, or if you didn’t hit the cap or know what the new cap is.

It depends on what kind of games you play, how well you do, what challenges you complete, and your rank. The higher your rank the more credits you earn. I was playing some Firefight Arcade last night with a friend and I was getting about 8,000 cR per game.
If you set up custom challenges you’ll earn more credits.
I suck at slayer games, but I’ve heard people with high ranks who are really good can 10,000 credits a game.
I completed all the challenges yesterday, which was good for about 30,000 credits in one day.
Over the weekend I got a 21,343 credit jackpot playing in the Anniversary BTB playlist.
If you play Anniversary you can get 7,000 credits for each of the first nine terminals, and 37,000 for the last one.
I’ve gotten 30,000 credits for a weekly challenge.
It still takes a fair bit of playing, but hitting the cap at 120K isn’t as hard as you might think and gets easier when you get to the higher ranks. My credit payouts are noticeably higher as a Forerunner than they were as a Hero, which is your rank.
If I’m not mistaken the cap was put in place to keep people from doing hacky stuff to get gobs of credits they didn’t really earn. Back then most people weren’t very high on the rank scale so almost no one hit the cap playing normally. A year later, with more people having reached higher ranks it’s become a lot more common for people to hit the cap.

In my experience you’re not going to get a definitive answer from 343, and very few people hit the cap, so you’ll be lucky if anyone can give you the answer you seek. I’ve gotten about 100K credits since midnight, so I’m going to play a bunch this evening and see if and when I hit a new cap.
