In the new Opening Cinematic trailer, if you pause at 2:26 you can see a wraith / prowler like vehicle. Thoughts?

The wraith is right before the vehicle. You can see the difference because the back of the new vehicle is not lifted.

I hope it’s a mix between the wraith (armor) and the spectre (turret), sorta like an APC.
It’s the Wraith. It just doesn’t have its main cannon deployed. Reason: Fireteam Osiris is behind the frontlines (as Lasky said at the start of the video) and therefore the Wraiths are most likely not currently involved in combat. They haven’t had time to deploy the main cannons in response to Locke and the gang, and so look the way they do.

Yeah, the animator are going to make another model just to take that small detail into account.

Are you serious? Have you seen a Wraith in any Halo game ever? There are about fifty states a Wraith can be in: undeployed, deployed, and then a ton of damage states. Please use common sense before posting.
Looks like the Wraith design has changed since the Sprint.
Maybe i need glasses, looks good not sure if new design or new vehicle all together?

Uh, you know the canon of the old Wraith folds down into the main body when no one is driving it in the other games right?
