Is there any plans to add anything like Reach, like the skull helmet or inclement weather ability? Or bring back flaming helmet?

Nope, sorry OP. Outside of matchmaking / ranking updates and play list reshuffles, content updates are now out of scope for Halo 5
343 stated that the last content drop we got was the last one Halo 5 would get so I highly doubt it…
Weapon tuning, matchmaking improvements and new forge maps for Arena multiplayer might be in the realm of possibilities though.

Matchmaking improvements like ranking system updates are feasible and are being done as we speak, new forge maps for playlists are also possible but weapon tuning is out of scope now so that won’t be happening

Been constantly hoping they bring these back in Infinite, but for guardians I dont think they will but just still dreaming the days we have flaming helmets, haunted pilot helmets, and active armor effects back ;(

Has the fps increased? I really think movement feels a bit faster. Also, I have always wanted to ask, when connection is bad does it disrupt the auto aim?
