Looking to fill at least 4 command positions for a competitive spartan company (must have working mic and live in United States) the position would include the responsibility of recruiting 5 of the best players you know or can find. Once you have found the members of your fireteam you will report the gamer tags to me so I can give them a quick overlook and analyze what they can Bring to the team and you will be allowed to name your fireteam as you see fit no questions asked and also place one of your 4 in second command of the fireteam in case of mic and comms issues.(you are fireteam leader, second in command of fireteam will be squad leader) Another thing is I think it would be cool to have your separate fireteam all wear the same type of torso armor if that’s cool if not screw it no biggie haha. Playlist are not an issue as long as it’s in the ranked category I’m looking for Spartans of all strengths to bring in if you favor one over the other we can deem you a desigated style but I like we’ll roundedness. A few games together will be required before i make my decision on my leaders no hard feelings if your not chosen but there is always opportunities that will present themselves if not for a leadership role join to become part of a well oiled and bad -Yoink- crew. all in all to fill then leadership and command positions I would like to list required guidlines.
- Leaders must have and maintain an even kda if at anytime it slips under 1.0 to even a 0.9 you and the second best in your fireteam will engage in a 1v1 to determine if you will keep your role or hand it over until time comes to take it back.
- if new leadership responsibility is taken over the new leader will take privilege in renaming said fireteam if desired.

Leaders must be at the minimum ranking of platinum. If dropped below there will be no reprocussions

Leaders will demonstrate teamwork and communication. (If at anytime your mic goes on the fritz you must advise me so your squad leader can take temp command)
