Every single one of these maps should remain in Halo 4 for sure, all of them fit the gameplay that Halo 4 is, they are all great and hopefully will remain forever.

Are astounding. (Excluding “Despair” (the one on Erosion?), that one sucks.)
Just tried em out last night, wow, pretty solid. Agree though “Despair” is the odd one out

They are good maps, the gametypes however do not suit them at all.

Is there anyway I can submit maps? I have a few that look like they were made by 343i themselves.
I think all these forge maps are good!
More close combat and definatly better than some original Halo 4 maps!

I’d like the maps even more if there was some Flood on them. I think that the speed and height of the flood would really push the maps to the fullest.

I actually enjoyed Despair. Only problem I saw was jetpack was almost necessary to navigate the map effectively.

I’ve only played 4 out of 6 maps, everyone keeps voting for Infinity Slayer Simplex. I want Shutout!

What? No anything from reach sucks lol. There is a map my friend made it’s amazingly good I knew he made good maps but he built this one perfect and we are looking to submit it and try to get it into MM.

I gotta say CTF on Simplex, too. At first I thought it was gonna play like Yoink, until I realized it had old school scoring.
I’d like to see the slayer gametypes tweaked to give the classic feel. Shutout felt better with SWAT, and that was probably my 20th SWAT game ever.
Relay played fine as it was, though.
Whilst I like most of the maps so far I disagree that they should all become permanent additions already. This is just the beginning of the test, the initial sampling - there are bound to be some fine examples still out there waiting for their moment to shine in the playlist.
I believe they should whittle down this first bunch to just one permanent selection to be added to the hoppers.
It needs to be brutal because the biggest thing which will ruin Halo 4 will be an over abundance of Forge maps, a swamping of them.
Too many Forge maps ruined Halo Reach for some players and I sincerely hope 343 won’t go down that route a second time.
SWAT on Holdout and KOTH on Despair are my two favorites right now.
Give us some oddball on suited maps!!! I think it can work great on a few of these
I loved the maps that I played (wish I could remember their names) the only one I don’t like is Relay. Either way, I love the playlist it’s quite fun and it’s good to get some variety in your maps.

Halo 4’s maps were made by Certain Affinity, not 343i. Defiant Map Pack was made by 343i, that’s why I asked that question.
Big fan of these maps. Id say however alot of them would be much better in a “classic” playlist. Their fun but AA’s break the flow. Great job done by the gamers who made these maps
