Something I was just thinking while playing WZ Assault earlier… Why weren’t new Commendations added for newly added weapons/vehciles like the Gravity Hammer, Wasp, H2 Beam Rifle, etc? Would something like that be worth adding to you?
Sure. Why not?
I would have liked to have seen it but someone like me who has finished all the commendations and have the final commendation for unlocking all the weapons commendations would be a bug since you got all the commendations from the weapons that were in launch and not from updates.

That’s true… Unless they changed the existing Masteries to include the new ones… Wouldn’t affect the earned emblems from them for those who already have them, but they’d have the Weapon/Vehicle Mastery comm’s shown as incomplete. Like when a game on Steam gets new achievements after someone’s 100%'ed it, it’ll change to reflect that they have missing achievements.
As much as I’d like some more things to work towards, I doubt they’re gonna be adding any new ones unfortunately… :<

It’s a valid question. In my opinion, they should have provided commendations for each new class of weapon (Gravity Hammer, Wasp, Plasma Rifle, etc).
They added a SPNKr commendation (odd choice given the existing rocket launcher award), so we know it’s possible.
Realistically, however, I can’t see it happening.

The H2 BR isn’t different enough from the modern one to warrant it’s own commendation imo. The gravity hammer could be maxed out in a weekend of grifball.
That being said I’m not opposed to it, particularly if it comes with a cool new emblem for your troubles.

Exactly! This shows that it is possible to do. Hopefully they add in a commendation for the Grenade launcher and sentinel beam.
Not me to me personally has no incentive to complete them. In 4 it gave you rewards as in armor (I’m not counting the dumb emblems on 5 as a reward because who cares) reach even though it only have you credits it looked nice when people would check your service record but even then it’s not like anyone wanted to complete it was a nice surprise in 5 I’m like oh I completed a commendation…who cares. Sometimes I don’t even register that I completed a commendation
