Hey FELLWOLF. I have a 2 year old clan called “The Fallen Angels” and over these years I think I have discovered what it takes to make your clan stable and strong, although I still have a long way to go. First off, you need to think of a good clan name and pick an emblem for your clan. Make sure your clan name is unique try to stay away from things like “ODST clan” or anything that has the word “UNSC” or “United Nations” in it. These have been WAY overdone by poorly made clans. Also DO NOT force your members to wear a certain armor configuration or color because this restricts your members individuality. Even service tag changes are a stretch, but you decide. Next, you’ll want to make a youtube channel. Make a professional looking recruitment video, and upload some gameplay to show people you’re good. This is where i’ve gotten a good majority of requests to join from. You’re going to want to start recruitment as soon as possible, and don’t make the mistake of recruiting anyone who wants to join. Recruit people you can rely on to help the clan and participate often. Don’t be afraid to be picky about your recruits. I like to do my recruitment “interview style” where i’ll ask them about what other clans they’ve been in and why they left. This lets me know whether or not they’ll stay or just continue to clan-hop. Then i’ll usually play some matchmaking with them to see if they can pull their own weight. If you want to make your clan look really professional, you can start a website for your clan. Try www.webs.com (how I made my site) or www.weebly.com. Both are free and if you take time to build them it pays off. After you’ve gotten some recruits, start challenging other clans to battles to get your name out there. And above all, let your clan look professional and ONLY start this clan if you REALLY care about it. Put some effort into creating and maintaining it.
